If there’s one thing we love at the Island Park Room, it’s perfectly paired menus! On Saturday, February 14th, Laura Alberts hosted their annual Valentine’s wine dinner in the Island Park Room and featured wines of the old world. Each course was paired perfectly and left guests anxiously awaiting the next arrival. From fresh, buttery lobster bisque to miso-marinated Chilean Sea bass, the Island Park Room was full of love this Valentine’s Day!
